In chronological order...
Monday- At small group they translated (or at times just dumbed down the German) for me so I could understand more.
Tuesday- I received TWO (2), packages from friends and family in the States! Definitely a great way to start the day.
Wednesday- I made my language teacher, and several of my classmates, laugh because I was funny and a bit witty- in German and on purpose! My language is coming along.
Thursday- After class a classmate who lives close by to me invited me over for coffee any time whenever I want to hang out with her. And another classmate gave me his working umbrella in exchange for my slightly broken one. I like my classmates, and it will be great once I can completely understand them. ;)
The BEST highlight of the week was when I got home from class on Thursday and found out that I am an aunt again! My newest little niece has a head full of hair and looked as cute as could be when I saw her via Skype earlier.
Friday- Class is cancelled so I have a day to rest before my scheduled filled weekend begins.
