I just had my first visitor from the U.S., my good friend from college, Janelle. Her visit was a perfect excuse to play tourist myself and explore some other parts of Germany. For three days of her stay we visited Munich. Here are a few snapshots from our time there.

We had a great time and it was wonderful to be able to use a bit of the German I do know to help get us around.
What felt even greater was coming home to my little apartment in my little city of Giessen and actually feel like I was coming home!
